      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Billing Team with maintenance of work-in-progress records and creation of client invoices
      - Process prebills and generate invoices using Aderant Expert Billing in compliance with attorney instructions
      - Provide coverage for Billing Specialists and Billing Proofreaders as needed
      - Collaborate with various finance teams to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing
      - Respond to inquiries from attorneys regarding time entry records and billing requests

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of relevant experience in a professional office environment
      - High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships
      - High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with billing systems or financial reporting
      - Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities
      - Ability to work overtime as needed
