      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Submit insurance and Medicaid claims accurately and timely via electronic claim submission
      - Monitor claim status and manage claim workflows through the EHR and payer portals
      - Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices, statements, balances, and payments
      - Verify insurance benefits and eligibility electronically and by phone
      - Work with the Intake Coordinator to provide client and clinician support regarding insurance and billing questions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 3+ years of billing experience in mental health systems or agencies
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal and customer service skills
      - Organized, detail-oriented, punctual, and professional
      - Self-directed, responsible, confident, and quick
      - Alignment with the company's culture, mission, and values

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of mental health billing processes and client experience goals
      - Previous experience in a collaborative team environment
