      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and implement scalable solutions to address recurring compliance issues using technology and AI
      - Conduct analyses of attorney and staff time entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with firm and client standards
      - Identify and amend non-compliant entries, ensuring all submissions meet client-specific requirements
      - Lead initiatives to improve timekeeping practices and develop training programs for timekeepers
      - Collaborate with billing coordinators and finance management to ensure timely and accurate billing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting, finance, or a related field
      - Experience reviewing legal time entries for compliance
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment
      - Proficiency in editing time entries using Elite 3E or similar legal billing systems
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in providing instruction on time entry best practices
      - Basic understanding of accounting principles and billing processes
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
