      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Call manufacturers and patients to obtain patient assistance program cards for co-pay assistance
      - Load patient assistance program cards into the system and submit claims into the billing system
      - Collaborate with third-party payers, assistance programs, and patients to resolve outstanding issues and claims
      - Utilize various operating systems and web-based programs to communicate with multiple entities
      - Prioritize daily tasks effectively to meet billing and reimbursement goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare reimbursement, medical insurance, billing, or related work
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience with healthcare reimbursement systems
      - Strong knowledge of medical terminology
      - Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required

      - Customer service skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
      - Experience in a fast-paced billing or reimbursement role
