      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process customer bills and insurance claims accurately and timely
      - Research and establish patient eligibility coverage with insurance providers
      - Provide excellent customer service to patients, caregivers, and medical providers
      - Assist with daily census, admit, discharge, and room changes for assigned facilities
      - Perform prescription claims adjudication and resolve issues with insurance companies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration per state requirements
      - Minimum of 1 year of related experience in pharmacy or billing
      - Advanced computer skills, with pharmacy information system experience preferred
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - National Certification (PTCB) preferred
      - Experience in a long-term care pharmacy setting
      - Strong attention to detail and a quality-minded approach
      - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
