      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage third-party billing and collections to ensure timely and accurate billing of claims
      - Process medical and NCPDP claims, identifying and resolving rejections
      - Maintain productivity levels and meet quality assurance standards as defined by management
      - Communicate effectively with patients, payors, and outside agencies via various mediums
      - Identify billing trends and perform other assigned duties

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED equivalent
      - One to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment
      - Strong customer service background
      - Knowledge of medical billing practices and payer reimbursement guidelines
      - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ability to perform basic mathematical calculations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in collections or medical billing with understanding of ICD-10, CPT-4, and HCPCS
      - Knowledge of home infusion and insurance policies
      - Familiarity with HCN 360 and/or CPR+
      - Medicare knowledge of billing requirements specific to DMEMAC
