      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and distribute necessary documentation to initiate the invoicing cycle for assigned plants
      - Review and verify the completeness and accuracy of invoicing documents to ensure readiness for billing
      - Maintain the Billing Job Tracker and resolve status of any unbilled shipments
      - Provide guidance and support for invoicing-related inquiries from plant and sales teams
      - Assist with cash application and collection efforts for non-standard customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
      - Experience using an invoicing system, preferably WCSS
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to use multiple systems/applications simultaneously
      - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in paperless invoicing
      - Familiarity with G-Suite applications including Google Sites, Forms, Sheets, and Calendar
      - Previous invoicing experience in a manufacturing facility
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
