What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the creation and management of a BIM content library using Autodesk Revit for various power and renewable projects
- Support the implementation and training of BIM-related software, including Autodesk BIM 360 / Construction Cloud
- Develop, enforce, and enhance 3D design and BIM standards across all offices
- Conduct training sessions and create educational materials on BIM tools and processes
- Collaborate with project teams to assist in BIM project setup, execution planning, and troubleshooting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in drafting, architectural, or engineering design or related field; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D design using Autodesk Revit
- At least 2 years of experience in a BIM leadership role, focusing on process and standards development
- Expertise in generating parametric content and creating Autodesk Revit families
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with project team members
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with project delivery software such as ProjectWise or BIM 360 / Construction Cloud
- Demonstrated experience with a BIM execution plan and detailed modeling plans
- Background in the power sector or infrastructure projects
- Openness to innovation and the application of evolving technology and AI tools
- Strong teaching and coaching skills to facilitate onboarding of new team members
