What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Learn the building design process and participate in BIM-related forums and user groups
- Assist in schematic design, design development, and construction documentation across various projects
- Support project production efforts in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Facilitate project BIM coordination meetings and assist in gathering discipline BIM models
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of tasks, including expense reports and timesheets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Knowledge of the AEC industry and the design and construction process is a plus
- Proficiency in software applications such as G Suite, MS Office, AutoCAD, and Revit
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Autodesk Certificate(s) is a plus
- Previous experience in a BIM-related role or similar production environment
- Familiarity with various project management tools such as Asana
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Understanding of automation tools and software that enhance production efficiency
