What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate projects to support the work of Washington Courts, including research and report preparation
- Enhance internal business processes for effective court program implementation
- Assist senior staff in managing and coordinating court programs and financial budgeting
- Develop and implement program policies, standards, and compliance monitoring
- Organize conferences and training associated with AOC programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate of Arts degree in business or a related field
- Four (4) years of administrative program support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 products, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Ability to independently coordinate projects with minimal supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of website navigation and content updating functions
- Familiarity with the organization and operation of the Washington State court system
- Experience in report writing and maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
