      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect, solicit, and register unsigned and inactive BMW Franchise Dealerships for the SIXT Dealer Direct Program
      - Promote and market the SIXT Dealer Direct platform to increase sales of BMW de-fleet vehicles
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership stakeholders
      - Convey a compelling view of the partnership between SIXT and BMWNA to remove barriers and foster understanding
      - Utilize customer data to diagnose business strengths and weaknesses and develop strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum 5+ years of automotive, car rental, car sales, or remarketing experience
      - Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
      - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
      - Authorization to work in the United States

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in B2B sales and establishing a book of business
      - Knowledge of vehicle manufacturers' invoices and added equipment
      - Retail sales experience
      - Understanding and ability to use online sales platforms
      - Multilingual abilities are a plus
