      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct initial assessments and write progress reports for clients
      - Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
      - Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure treatment plans are implemented effectively
      - Provide support and feedback to families regarding managing challenging behaviors
      - Conduct functional assessments and analyze program effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state)
      - Master's degree in ABA or a related field such as Psychology, Education, or Special Education
      - Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status
      - Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
      - Previous experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with families and providing in-home services
      - Previous supervisory experience in a clinical setting
      - Familiarity with electronic data collection systems
      - Engagement in continuous education and training in ABA methodologies
