- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and ongoing clinical oversight to RBTs
- Deliver parent training and caregiver collaboration
- Ensure clinical quality, documentation accuracy, and compliance
- Collaborate with internal clinical and operations teams
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Colorado licensure, if applicable, or ability to meet state and payer requirements prior to starting
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience providing ABA services in home-based settings preferred
- $80-$100/hour, based on supervision type
- Flexible work options: remote, hybrid, or in-person

Vibrant ABA is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services to children and families across Colorado. This role offers flexibility, manageable caseloads, meaningful clinical support, and competitive compensation based on supervision type.
As a BCBA at Vibrant, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), partner closely with families, and support meaningful progress for the children we serve.
