What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism
- Provide support during family conversations and advocate for clients
- Share knowledge and experience through direct supervision and training of behavioral technicians
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field
- Current BCBA license or sitting for the exam in the next 3 months
- Demonstrated skills in implementing ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
