What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports for clients
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide support and feedback to families on managing challenging behaviors
- Conduct functional assessments and monitor program effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current BCBA certification and LABA (if applicable by state)
- Master's degree in ABA or a related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
- Previous ABA experience and comfort working with families in-home

- Familiarity with virtual data collection systems and online behavior plans
- Interest in mentoring and supporting new staff in their clinical development
