      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver direct supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while managing a small caseload
      - Regularly review and interpret data collected during sessions with staff and families, modifying individualized treatment plans as necessary
      - Provide supervision through observations and team meetings with staff and families
      - Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification, or staff performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
      - Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs
      - Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, learning theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations
      - Proficient in Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms
      - Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing, sitting, and lifting children up to 50 lbs.

      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with families and staff
      - Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
      - Additional certifications or training in specialized behavioral interventions
