What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and audit treatment plans to ensure they meet insurance and regulatory standards and reflect best practices in ABA therapy
- Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and insurance requirements, following guidelines set by BACB and state regulations
- Provide constructive feedback to BCBAs on treatment plan content and documentation to enhance clarity and effectiveness
- Monitor data integrity to ensure treatment goals and progress reports are objective and accurately reflect client progress
- Collaborate with clinical teams to improve treatment planning and ensure consistency across all client programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience, preferably in treatment plan writing and insurance submissions
- Strong understanding of medical necessity criteria and insurance guidelines for ABA therapy
- Excellent writing, editing, and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in ABA data collection and Central Reach

- Experience providing constructive feedback and mentoring fellow BCBAs in treatment planning
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a clinical setting
