      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver direct supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while managing a small caseload
      - Regularly review and interpret session data with staff and families, modifying treatment plans as needed
      - Conduct team meetings and observe staff to provide effective supervision
      - Consult with families regarding treatment concerns, behavior modification, and staff performance
      - Collaborate with the Clinical Manager for administrative and scheduling support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs
      - Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, ethics, and regulations
      - Proficient in Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms
      - Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs and engaging with children on the floor

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in applied behavior analysis with a focus on 1:1 interventions
      - Familiarity with various behavioral intervention strategies and instructional methods
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
