- Support from a Clinical Manager, including administrative assistance
What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver direct supervision to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians while managing a small caseload
- Regularly review and interpret data collected in sessions, modifying individualized treatment plans as necessary
- Conduct team meetings and provide supervision by observing staff and engaging with families
- Consult with families regarding treatment concerns, behavior modification, and staff-related issues
- Engage in physical activities related to the role, including lifting children up to 50 lbs and spending time on the floor
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, learning theories, and applicable laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting, crouching, and standing for extended periods

- Experience in a dynamic ABA therapy environment
- Familiarity with a variety of behavioral intervention techniques
- Strong communication skills for effective family consultations
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
- Experience with data analysis and treatment planning
