What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver direct supervision to Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while managing a small caseload
- Regularly review and interpret data collected during sessions, modifying individualized treatment plans as necessary
- Provide supervision through observations and team meetings with staff and families
- Consult with families regarding treatment, behavior modification, and staff concerns
- Engage with children in various settings, including floor-level interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, learning theories, and ethical guidelines
- Proficiency in Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and engaging in active play with children
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a similar role within the behavioral health field
- Additional certifications related to behavior analysis or special education
- Familiarity with various behavioral intervention strategies and instructional methods
