As a BCBA you will play a crucial role in assessing clients (ranging from 2-28 years old) and developing treatment plans to support their behavioral health needs.
Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans- Provides frequent and quality supervision for RBTs/BTs- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records of client care- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
-Train a team of BTs/RBTs and midlevel supervisors
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required- Experience working with children in a behavioral health setting- Proficiency in client assessment and data collection techniques- Strong understanding of medical records and documentation- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams
