What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and provide ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians
- Oversee the implementation of ABA therapy in the client's home
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current BCBA certification and license in good standing
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in in-home ABA therapy settings
- Familiarity with ethical and funding guidelines related to ABA services
