What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and evaluations of skills and needs for clients
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Provide regular staff training and supervision, including feedback for staff enhancement and client progress
- Facilitate caregiver meetings and training sessions to ensure effective communication
- Identify clients and families needing additional support, including social skills and family support groups
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in ABA, Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- BCBA Certification with a minimum of two years of experience working with children or young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders
- Experience in management and leadership, interacting with families, staff, clients, and community partners
- Proficiency in developing individual treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Current licensure, certifications, and credentialing as required by CCABA, insurance payors, BACB, and the state
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in BCBA/BCaBA supervision and completion of the Experience and Standards module
- Familiarity with various ABA methodologies
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with parents and caregivers in diverse settings
- Experience using technology and software for compliance and documentation
- Strong commitment to fostering a positive work culture
