What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior plans tailored to individual needs.
- Supervise ABA programs and make necessary updates.
- Train and support caregivers and direct service staff to ensure effective implementation.
- Maintain high standards of clinical excellence in all areas of practice.
- Collaborate with your team and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active BCBA certification.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Experience supervising behavior technicians and RBTs.
- Commitment to cultural responsiveness.
- Receptiveness to feedback, with a mindset for growth.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a similar role within the behavioral health field.
- Familiarity with various ABA techniques and methodologies.
- Leadership experience in mentoring or training others.
- Participation in professional organizations related to behavior analysis.
- Interest in leading CEU sessions or workshops for peers.
