What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and supervise individualized ABA treatment plans for clients
- Provide clinical supervision and ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Conduct assessments and update goals as needed for effective treatment
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards in all practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Virginia, or eligibility to obtain LBA before starting
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Experience supervising RBTs and delivering ABA programming
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
