      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities across various sectors
      - Build and maintain a comprehensive CRM database of prospects and track engagement
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound client inquiries and manage the sales cycle
      - Support the Booking Manager in executing agreements and negotiations with prospective talent
      - Establish measurable quarterly goals and produce performance summaries for senior-level visibility

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the speakers bureau, corporate events, or live entertainment industries
      - Proven ability to achieve measurable sales, revenue, or engagement targets
      - Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Extensive knowledge of trends in the live events and corporate meetings industries
      - Experience with keynote speaker bookings and established networks in the event planning community
      - Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Salesforce and Monday.com
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace tools
      - Understanding of nonprofit business models and mission-driven programming
