Job Description

- Coordination of the compensation review process in close relationship with HR managers & compensation managers
- Ensure deadlines compliance and provide follows up on process completion
- Prepare reports and presentations on compensation review, trends, and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders
- Review and process upon validation to salary adjustments, promotions, bonuses, and other compensation-related changes in Workday
- Regularly review and update job descriptions, job titles and job level in line with Group & external provider’s guidelines
- Conduct salary surveys to benchmark positions and ensure our compensation remains competitive
- Analyze surveys results and external benchmarks to provide qualitative data to the management teams and make recommendations for salary adjustments and incentives.
- Provide individual positioning files and country notes
- Conduct job evaluations and market pricing analyses to determine appropriate salary ranges and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness at budget process and upon HR Manager request (e.g., new position, replacement, etc.)
- Develop compensation policies and salary structure that align with organizational goals, job requirements, and market conditions (e.g., salary bands)
- Realize ad-hoc analyzes on key subjects (e.g., gender parity, pay transparency, I&D, etc.)
- Keep up to date with industry best practices, market trends, and changes in compensation laws and regulations
- Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of variable pay programs, including annual bonuses, sales incentives, profit-sharing and long-term incentive plans
- In alignment with Talent team, develop performance metrics and targets to align incentives with organizational objectives and drive employee behaviors
- Monitor the effectiveness of incentive programs, conduct analyses to evaluate performance against targets, and make recommendations for improvements
- Provide payroll shared services with variable pay elements
- Perform checks on payroll before validation to the shared services on a limited audience of employees
- Master’s degree in Compensation & Benefits, Human Resources or Finance.
- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years as a Compensation Analyst, HR Controller, or related role with a strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Query. Power BI & Workday a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, convey complex information in a clear and concise manner and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of data.
- Ability to shuffle priorities in a high paced environment
- Fluent in English
