      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee award ordering and manage awards inventory across multiple warehouse locations
      - Calculate and communicate inventory needs to warehouse staff for replenishment
      - Track awards usage and spending through custom Excel documents
      - Assist in managing boutique warehouse stock and create marketing materials
      - Deliver exceptional customer service and support boutique sales goals during events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma required; college degree preferred
      - Minimum of one year experience in Technical Theatre, retail, customer service, or a related field
      - Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and demand management
      - Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS, Excel, and Word
      - Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with POS systems
      - Background in dance, theater, or performing arts
      - Familiarity with merchandising and cash handling
      - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments
