      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively originate deals and create market demand for BPO and BPaaS services
      - Serve as a subject matter expert in various industries, understanding core value chain processes
      - Utilize a consultative approach to tailor BPO/BPaaS propositions to client needs
      - Lead the complete sales cycle, collaborating with internal teams to negotiate and close multi-million-dollar contracts
      - Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans to increase market awareness and demand

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 15+ years of experience in BPO/Business Process Services sales
      - 10 years of experience selling large, complex global BPO deals exceeding $20M in total contract value
      - Proven track record in selling transformative customer experience and industry-specific deals
      - 10 years of experience working with or selling to Fortune 1000 clients
      - Strong financial acumen and ability to structure complex deal constructs
