- Strong knowledge and experience in AWD and Chorus platforms, including their features, functionalities, and integration capabilities.
- Strong knowledge and experience in any BPM platform, including their features, functionalities, and integration capabilities. Basic knowledge of AWD/Chorus platform.
- Define and document the solution architecture for the upgrade project of AWD to Chorus with integration like APIs, including the technical specifications, design patterns, frameworks, tools, and technologies.
- Certification in AWD, Chorus, or related BPM technologies is an asset.
- Expertise in various programming languages, frameworks, and tools, such as Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, SQL etc. Familiarity with development frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular.
- Proficient in developing APIs, web services, using technologies such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring that the code quality, performance, security, and scalability are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and communicate with the offshore team, ensuring that the integration requirements and standards are met and that the deliverables are consistent and compatible.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of the solution, resolving any technical issues or risks that may arise.
- Support the deployment and transition of the solution to the production environment, ensuring that the solution is stable, reliable, and meets the user expectations.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with onshore and offshore teams.
