What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare disclosures and re-disclosures within 3 days of application or Change of Circumstance
- Verify accuracy of fees to mitigate TRID and RESPA violations
- Upload Disclosures to Encompass
- Review Compliance Review and revise any changes to ensure compliance
- Communicate with all partners including Sales, Processing, Closing, and Underwriting as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with RESPA/TRID
- Experience in the mortgage industry
- Knowledge of TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure Rule
- Excellent attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of FHA/VA/USDA lending programs
