Branch Manager Position Requirements:

• Parts, Service, Sales and Warranty
• Managing facility budgets (GP, PAD, expenses, and WIP)
• Perform all employee Performance Reviews and Merit Increases
• Branch staffing and employee relations
• Maintain employee engagement and a productive work environment
• Represent Mustang in a professional manner in and away from the office
• Ensure exceptional customer service and support is provided by all Mustang Cat branch employees

As the Branch Manager you will manage, supervise and perform all duties associated with the day-to-day operations of the Mustang Cat Lufkin branch location.

Branch Manager Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree majoring in business, industrial or mechanically related field
• Will consider previous work and management experience in lieu of educational requirements
• Minimum of 5 years demonstrated management experience and proved leadership ability
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Be able to motivate and be apart of a team
• Working knowledge of Cat Parts, Service, Sales and Warranty operations
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with and relate to customers and their needs
• Excellent computer skills, with experience using all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other Database systems
