      Position Purpose and Objectives:

      The primary purpose of the Branch Manager Float is to “float” to other branch locations as the acting Manager when needed, along with developing a highly effective team that consistently meets or exceeds sales and service goals as defined by the strategic plan and core values for Credit Union of Texas. The Branch Manager Float is responsible for planning, coordinating and managing of all credit union services and activities of the Branch. Additional duties include responsibility for the daily maintenance, well-being and security of the physical facility.

      Major Duties and Essential Functions:

      1. Oversee branch team members to ensure profitable sales production goals are achieved month over month at increasing levels.
      2. Review and evaluate reports of branch activities, including staffing, loans, deposits, overdrafts, charge-offs, and audits to meet credit union performance objectives. Leverage management tools to reports to analyze, identify and strategically address trends.
      3. Meet with each team member regularly to review performance and hold team member accountable to the sales and service goals established by leadership.
      4. Ensures that cross-sale opportunities are maximized through every member interaction.
      5. Administer corrective action when necessary, including termination, to hold team members accountable for their performance and behavior.
      6. Monitor competitive activity and provide feedback to regional leadership team.
      7. Develop each team member through coaching and training to meet or exceed sales and service objectives.
      8. Review and evaluate daily reports of branch sales activities, including staffing, loans, deposits, overdrafts, charge-offs, and audits to meet credit union performance objectives.
      9. Leverage sales management tools and daily reports to analyze, identify and strategically address branch sales activity trends.
      10. Adhere to CUTX brand standards daily.
      11. Review and evaluate staffing, loans, deposits, overdrafts, charge-offs, and audits to meet credit union performance objectives.
      12. Conduct annual performance evaluations
      13. Administer corrective action when necessary, including termination, to hold team members accountable for their performance and behavior.
      14. Identify exceptional talent through the credit union’s hiring process and makes recommendations for advancement, promotion or other internal opportunities
      15. Receive and respond to member feedback.
      16. Work closely with the community engagement team to ensure growth opportunities within the branches as it relates to brand awareness, leads and referrals
      17. May perform other duties as required to maintain credit union services and operations.

      Education : Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience and certifications.

      Experience : Minimum 4-6 years related sales experience in financial institution environment or equivalent preferred.
