- Responsible for retention, expansion, and acquisition of banking relationships within the market that support bank objectives.
- Uncover customer needs and refer sales opportunities.
- Has customer lending authority and may be investment licensed.
- Participate in the creation and development of a sales plan for the market that supports the goals set for the office.
- Execute initiatives.
- Provide service and advice that is customer focused.
- Participate in training, sales meetings, sales initiatives, and incorporate tools into individual branch plan.
- Communicate branch goals and objectives to staff.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to achieve performance goals.
- Responsible for the direct supervision of Relationship Manager and Customer Service Manager.
- Effectively communicate change and take ownership of branch goals.
- Monitor controllable revenue and expense line items for the office including salary expense and non-interest income.
- Ensure established policies and procedures are followed.
- Seek opportunities in the market that support both community and bank objectives. This may include board involvement, business networking, and organizations/activities.
- Actively participate in bank support/sponsored events in the market.

Responsible for branch sales results and service standards. Support budgeted net income goals set for the bank through branch performance. Manage and support a customer focused service environment. Provide guidance and coaching to staff.

Qualities Needed:
