  **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
  - Provide coaching and daily guidance to assigned System Application Engineers while also functioning as a Systems Application Engineer when necessary
  - Perform System Application Engineer duties for complex or strategic projects as assigned
  - Develop and implement a formal technical training program for System Application Engineers
  - Act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns regarding equipment orders and overall satisfaction
  - Monitor and support System Application Engineer teams in fulfilling their assigned duties
  
  **What is Required (Qualifications):**
  - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical
  - Minimum of 5 years of operations management experience in the Building Construction and/or HVAC industry
  - Proven project management experience
  - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, emphasizing Word, Excel, and Visio
  
  **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
  - Experience with AutoCAD
  - Located on the West Coast
  - Strong technical expertise in HVAC systems and specifications interpretation
  - Experience in developing customer proposals and project designs
