You will be an ambassador for the John Lewis brand delivering the exceptional service which makes us unrivalled in the marketplace.

What will you be doing?
The brand experience desk is an opportunity to promote the unique experiences that make John Lewis & Partners such a special place to shop and our brand experience partners are essential to the success of this by being the friendly face of the business.

We are there for all the big moments in customers' lives and have services to support them through all their big life moments. Whether that’s having a baby, renovating a home, or even making the decision to upgrade that wardrobe we have services in nursery, home design and personal styling to help them through these changes. It would be your job to help customers explore all options and book them in for the most relevant services or even create something bespoke just for the customer in front of you!

Will I receive training?
Full training will be provided which includes digital learning and on the job training to ensure you feel confident and supported in your new role.

- Customer facing selling or Service environment.

£10.50 up to £11.48 Hourly

Varied hours of Full and Part time work across seven days to include early starts, late finishes, evenings and weekends. Key working dates include Black Friday, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
