      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the custodian of the brand and ensure its consistent representation in all touchpoints.
      - Establish and maintain brand standards with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
      - Lead omnichannel campaigns, from conceptualization to creative development and launch.
      - Manage design requests and collaborate with key stakeholders to create on-brand creative assets.
      - Coordinate print collateral production with vendors.
      - Oversee the Digital Asset Management platform for organization and expiration of files.
      - Coordinate photo/video shoots with agency partners.
      - Reinforce and enhance brand standards across corporate and franchise locations, as well as various guest touchpoints.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 5 years of experience in Brand Management, preferably in high growth consumer brands or service companies.
      - Strong preference for candidates with a mix of corporate and franchise experience.
      - Demonstrated success in driving brand metrics through national and localized marketing efforts.
      - Ability to maintain brand integrity while driving growth.
      - Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
      - Experience with Adobe design suite is a plus.
