- Lead the interaction with operations, local markets & external agencies
- Implement the key projects of the annual marketing plans: new product development, product changes, packaging design, communication development, etc u2026in order to boost brand profitable growth.
- Identify and implement solutions and improvement areas with a true Project Management approach
- Support on the assessment and definition of the annual marketing plans/stakeholder presentations
- Monthly analysis of sales (sell-in, sell-out & consumer data) of the brands, competitors and new trends follow up.
- High University degree in Business Administration or similar
- 1/2 year experience in Marketing Department within a FMCG business
- Leadership & Energy to implement new projects
- Autonomy & Proactivity
- Communication skills with the ability to influence
- Team worker
- Analytical skills (Office, Nielsen, Kantar knowledge will be valued)
- Fluent English / Knowledge FR, SP and / or IT would be valued

Your Role
A Brand Manager position (maternity leave) within a young and dynamic team, working on our high-quality natural brand, Ultima Nature, as well as the growing snacks segment of our largest brand, Ultima. The candidate will be supporting Ultima and Ultima Nature Brand and will help create best in class marketing plans and strategies to achieve yearly brand business plans. u00A0 u00A0 u00A0

The candidate will be supporting OGBU Global Brands team, reporting to the Global Senior Brand Manager, in creating best marketing plans and strategies and activate brand business plans working closely with other departments such as R&D and packaging, local markets & external agencies. u00A0
