- Set the PRUK RTD Portfolio strategy and lead the delivery of associated activations, tactics, and initiatives to realise it.
- Ensure the portfolio is fit for purpose and set’s us up to win by managing and championing RTD innovation, including ideation with Global RTD BU, business case delivery and internal setup and management.
- Provide the thread between top management, brand companies, commercial teams, technical team, customers, suppliers etc. to ensure this highly dynamic portfolio and associated supply are managed effectively.
- Be the go-to point of contact and support for all RTD related enquires and requests from Commercial/ Customer Marketing teams.
- Participate in RTD range review process with Commercial Strategy Team
- Be the expert on local and global drinks trends, including liaising with on/off-trade commercial teams, and translate insights into innovation opportunities.
- Monitor category, customer and consumer insights, sharing with and influencing Global RTD BU to ensure RTD innovation pipeline is UK market relevant.
- Manage the overall profitability of RTD Portfolio & projects, including CM delivery.
- Challenge and seek ways to improve the value chain e.g. COGS optimisation
- Support brand and customer activation teams to develop optimal RTD promotion and project goals.
- Present risks and opportunities to key internal stakeholders at key moments in year (RF submissions)
- Brand Director to ensure execution of plans are completely aligned to brand and category strategies and that individual projects are delivering against the objectives
- Customer Marketing to ensure integrated customer and brand marketing plans which deliver against agreed consumer objectives
- Commercial team to provide clear direction and support to ensure brand objectives are achieved within the channel
- Global brand team to contribute to the development of local brand strategy in line with global brand strategies ensuring relevant approvals. Works with global brand teams to ensure world class activation

About your role
To develop and fully manage the execution of the brand plan, with the support of the Senior Brand Manager, ensuring it is focused on achieving the objectives. By being the brand’s champion, this role is critical to its short- and long-term success of the brand in the UK market place.
