      Opportunity Overview

      The brand manager is responsible for directly contributing to growth of the firm's brand equity, brand contribution, and brand valuation through strategies and programs informed by deep understanding of audience segments, firm priorities, category dynamics, competitive intelligence and cultural trends. They are the enabler of measured expansion, where ideas, strategy, and implementation meet.

      What you'll do...

      • Manage day-to-day creation and execution of brand programs, initiatives and omnichannel campaigns across audience segments and markets based on brand strategy, identity, and architecture
      • Develop and deliver effective briefs for cross-disciplinary marketing teams, ensuring plans are tied to business objectives and leverage the brand promise
      • Collaborate with partners, key stakeholders and the internal and external agency teams on development and implementation of brand initiatives
      • Identify and champion white space opportunities informing strategies for our brand(s) to grow brand equity, brand contribution, and brand valuation. Recommend and gain buy-in from key stakeholders throughout the firm.

      Position Requirements

      What you'll need...
      • Bachelor’s degree
      • 7+ years total experience in brand management and/or strategy within a corporate or agency environment with proven track record of building brand equity
      • Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to maximizing brand impact and reinforce brand thinking into the culture
      • Integrates analytical/data-driven perspective with demonstrated understanding of how brand effectiveness is measured and articulated to internal stakeholders
      • Self-starter who consistently sets high standards, demonstrates a sense of urgency, personal accountability and high productivity while balancing competing priorities
      • Driven, compassionate and curious — An excellent communicator with stellar listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills
      • Excellent written and verbal communication competencies with strong editing and proofreading capabilities
      Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
