Work with leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for brand growth
Monitor and assess brand performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven adjustments to improve brand equity
Define and maintain the brand's unique value proposition and positioning in the market
Develop compelling promotional initiatives that profitably increase consumption and strengthen brand equity within given time and financial constraints
Responsible for delivering the annual budget and business plan for the product line
Shaping and sharing a strategic vision for a product
Strategic optimization of the product life cycle
Work with Marketing sub-teams to maximize the impact of brand and product strategy
Partner with Field Operations, and other cross-functional teams, to further penetrate identified markets and consumer segments
Conduct research exploration, analysis, and strategic development to build executable product plans for growth
In conjunction with the Operations team, create a validated new product pipeline
Facilitate future planning for 12-24 months out
Coordinate and participate in the launch of new products, ensuring they align with the brand's identity and values
Lead and participate in brand, product, and category research
Coordinate product management and/or efficiency enhancement projects, with internal and external resources, to achieve results (product development, production planning, trade promotion, sales, and market research)
Stay informed about competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats to the brand
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or 4 years of comparable experience, required
5 additional years of experience in Brand Management or a related marketing role, required; experience in product assortment and planning preferred
Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Knowledge of consumer behavior and market research techniques
Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams (including vendors)

Position Overview
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the company's brand awareness, positioning, and equity. Their primary focus will be to drive brand growth, create compelling marketing campaigns, and maintain brand consistency. The Brand Manager must have a bias for action and be an excellent communicator and collaborator with the ability to develop and champion strategies, brand/product plans, and priorities effectively. This position requires strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to synthesize insights and data into action and to use that data to assess the effectiveness of these actions in driving business results. The Brand Manager plays a crucial role in shaping and promoting a company's brand image and ensuring its products are effectively marketed to the target audience.
