The opportunity
Brands HR Executive (Temporary contract)
Temporary contract (5-6 months) – maternity leave
We are hiring an HR Executive for a 6months- temporary contract to be part of the Brands HR team in Barcelona, to provide direct HR support to the business focusing mainly on recruitment, while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
Responsabilities
Recruitment and Selection:
- Act as an internal consultant providing advice on all areas of recruitment and ensure fluid and effective communication with the internal clients
- Source candidates to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Manage the full recruitment process while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience (choose the appropriate post advertisement channel, post job offers, screen resumes, conduct interviews and close the process)
- Ensure accuracy of data in the recruitment database and identify talent acquisition opportunities by analyzing data and developing creative and effective sourcing strategies
- Be in direct contact with the HR Administration team to proceed with different requests (new hirings, contract renewals and all types of administrative duties)
- Manage the onboardings for new joiners
Generalist HR functions:
- Provide support preparing the Annual Training plan for all business units, while identifying training solutions/providers to meet training needs and requirements.
- Manage the performance appraisal process within the business area
- Be the main point of contact for the Brands population regarding all HR subjects
- Coordinate projects/subjects with transversal HR teams (Talent development/Training/ Organizational HR.. teams)
We would be delighted to meet you if
- Experience: 2 years experience as a Recruiter or similar HR role
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or similar
- Languages: Fluent English and Spanish is a must. Other European languages such as French are an asset
- Competences:
o Ability to manage large scale of recruitment processes
o Digital experience in HR a plus (e-recruitment, social media, etc.)
o Great interpersonal and communication skills
o Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
