Front-line manager role supervising operators on rotating shifts
Learn packaging processes through hands-on training.
Lead and coach teams through solving problems and monitoring of key operating processes and equipment utilizing lean manufacturing and six sigma methodology.
Promote and encourage safe working practices.
Manage highly automated, complex processes in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
Identify areas to improve operations in order to achieve or exceed key performance indicators and targets.
Work with senior leaders to drive process improvement initiatives and change efforts.
Develop, monitor, and maintain production plans, inventories, and schedules to ensure excellent process performance and product quality.
A Bachelor’s degree concentrated in engineering, science, or related subject area is strongly preferred.
Willingness to work weekends is required (1-2 weekends per month on average)
Strong leadership skills and ability to lead by example.
High comfort level with change, along with strong influencing skills catalyzing others to change.
Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation.
Technical and problem-solving capabilities.

SALARY: $82,400-$97,850 annually, depending on experience.
*Average total earning potential $100k to more than $120k, inclusive of overtime, long term cash incentives, and annual bonus.
SHIFT: Monday-Friday, 10:30pm-7:30am

The Brewery Area Manager role at Anheuser-Busch is a hands-on leadership position focused on continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves supervising production operations, ensuring safety and quality standards, and developing team members through on-the-job training. The manager will be responsible for troubleshooting and problem-solving on the production floor to meet production goals while promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.
