What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with potential customers through door-to-door interactions to present offers and services
- Achieve sales targets and follow up with customers to enhance their experience
- Address customer inquiries and facilitate their transition to T-Mobile services
- Deliver informative presentations about T-Mobile's products to potential customers
- Identify and resolve issues during the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Less than 2 years of experience in direct sales or retail, particularly in telecommunications
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a target-driven role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to secure sales agreements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) certification
- Experience presenting complex product offerings effectively
