What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with potential customers through door-to-door interactions to present offers and drive sales
- Achieve sales targets and perform post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Articulate T-Mobile's product offerings clearly and effectively to potential customers
- Facilitate a seamless integration of customers into T-Mobile services, enhancing loyalty
- Adapt sales strategies based on customer needs and market conditions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Less than 2 years of experience in direct sales or retail, preferably in telecommunications or consumer electronics
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a target-driven environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) certification
- Experience in presenting complex product offerings effectively
