What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with potential customers through door-to-door interactions to present offers and services
- Achieve sales targets by effectively communicating and explaining T-Mobile's products
- Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Utilize effective sales tactics to expand the customer base
- Address customer inquiries and facilitate seamless transitions to T-Mobile services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Less than 2 years of experience in direct sales or a retail environment, preferably in telecommunications
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer engagement abilities and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
- Certification as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
- Certification as a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
- Experience presenting complex product offerings effectively
