What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and evaluate compliance risks, recommending updates to policies and procedures related to BSA, AML, OFAC, and the USA PATRIOT Act
- Monitor, analyze, and identify risks and controls associated with the BSA program
- Develop and execute methodologies to assess BSA-related risks through various testing and assessments
- Provide ongoing support to the department manager and contribute to monthly BSA metrics
- Stay informed on current BSA industry news and regulations, preparing updates for management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess 5+ years of specialized experience in BSA compliance, with at least 3 years in BSA risk monitoring
- Significant knowledge of BSA-related regulations and the employer's anti-money laundering policies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with good organizational abilities
- Ability to manage and track multiple assessments in a risk-based manner
- Experience with Metavante, BIC reports, and Archer GRC
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Audit experience is preferred
