      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct pre-award research administration activities
      - Conduct post-award research administration activities
      - Negotiate study budgets and contract agreements
      - Optimize budgets, contracts, and amendments
      - Contribute to the success of the organization by meeting competency expectations and core values

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in science, healthcare, or related fields; Four (4) years of directly related experience in clinical research administration may be substituted for educational requirements
      - Minimum three (3) years of experience in clinical trial award management, including contract and budget development and negotiation
      - Knowledge of research protocols, sponsors, and research regulations governing clinical research
      - Reliable attendance and punctuality
      - Strong communication and collaboration skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with federal, commercial, and privately funded research activities
      - Familiarity with research administration software or tools
      - Previous involvement in employee resource groups or inclusion initiatives
      - Additional certifications related to clinical research administration
      - Proven track record in optimizing research budgets and contracts
