What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support activities involving the Government's Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE)
- Perform top-level PPBE analysis and assist in developing RDT&E budget justification exhibits
- Communicate program and technical requirements clearly in various documents and correspondence
- Manage and execute funding transfers, analyzing data using USSF financial systems
- Develop annual spend plans and ensure contracts are adequately funded
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Prior experience supporting space system development or the Department of Defense
- Hands-on proficiency using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- TS with SCI eligibility
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced proficiency using computational tools such as Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Award Fee Contracts
