What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive skylight adoption by integrating employer solutions into builder and architect project specifications
- Identify and engage architects, builders, and key decision-makers in the residential construction market
- Deliver presentations showcasing the value of skylights in residential design
- Build strong networks within local builder and architect communities through events and collaborations
- Develop strategies to enhance messaging efficiency and report on project specifications and sales outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural/design sales, building product sales, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and presentation tools
- Excellent communication, consultative sales, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel up to 30 days per year
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Chief Architect
- Knowledge of the building/design industry
